Grameen Employment Services Limited (GES) is a private limited company, duly incorporated on the 18th day of February 2009 under the Companies Act, 1994 (Registration No. C 74857/08). The company is established with the primary objective of engaging in the business of overseas employment and manpower recruitment, in full compliance with the laws of Bangladesh, including the Overseas Employment and Migrants Act, 2013.
The company holds a valid Recruiting License (No. RL 2806) issued by the Bureau of Manpower, Employment and Training (BMET) and is a member of the Bangladesh Association of International Recruiting Agencies (BAIRA).
AUTHORIZED CAPITAL
The authorized share capital of the company is BDT 25,000,000 (Taka Twenty Five Million) only, divided into 250,000 (Two Hundred Fifty Thousand) ordinary shares of BDT 100 (One Hundred) each.
