The objectives with which the company is established are as set forth in its Memorandum of Association and include, but are not limited to, the following key activities:
- To establish and operate recruiting offices and agencies in Bangladesh and abroad to facilitate employment opportunities for Bangladeshi nationals, with a focus on members of low-income households.
- To develop the skills and capabilities of Bangladeshi nationals for employment through vocational training, technical training, language training, and behavioral training.
- To provide comprehensive services for overseas employment, including processing of necessary documentation, work permits, and visas.
- To provide advisory, consultation, and legal services to Bangladeshi nationals seeking employment abroad.
- To promote and protect the rights and interests of Bangladeshi nationals working overseas.
- To liaise with foreign missions in Bangladesh and Bangladesh embassies abroad to explore and create job opportunities.
- To undertake surveys and research to identify new overseas job markets for Bangladeshi workers.
- To enter into contracts and agreements with national and foreign agencies for achieving the company's objectives.
